Clarence Gonyon, our congregation member from Liberia, is sending a box of children's clothes and school supplies to the school in his village. Clarence has shared with us that when civil war broke out in 1999 in Liberia he recalls aid came to his village from Lutheran World Relief. Clarence was granted legal immigration status to come to the United States and vowed he would join a Lutheran Church here. He settled in Middletown with a friend and joined St. Peter's. If you have any donations for Clarence please see him in church or place the bag in Luther Hall.. Thank you.
